Summary Diagram

A drawing is worth a thousand words, so here we have summarized the different PRPs that the WorldPRP kit makes it possible to obtain.
Even though the diagram can overwhelm at first you will quickly realize that it is in fact extremely simple.
Starting from the end of centrifugation, it describes the two pathways you can choose to follow.

On top, the path of concentration, to get low volume PRP. In this case, you will concentrate the buffy coat in the neck of the device and you will have to decide whether you keep it or not. This will produce either L-PRP or LP-PRP. Add 1 to 3 ml of plasma withdrawn from the bottom of the upper compartment.
The result: a concentrated PRP of 8 to 32 times the plasma level, RSIs of 6.66 to 16.25 and large amounts of platelets.

Below, the path of plasma fraction collection. The 5 ml of supernatant plasma containing only 10% of the platelets is discarded. The choice is then made based on the volume of PRP you want.
Either you will collect the Fractions 2 and 3 and in this case you will have to push the Faction 3 into the upper compartment. Those who do not want leukocytes will then seal the compartments before pushing the Buffy Coat into the upper.
Should you want only Fraction 3, you would also remove Fraction 2.

Simple. Flexible. Effective. Quick.
